About the Meeting Manager

The Meeting Manager tool makes it easy for you to keep track of your scheduled conferences and to send out email invitations to conference participants.

Simply login above using your PINs. Click on the New Conference button to create a new conference, fill in the conference details, and then select the participants you want to invite. Invited participants will receive an email with all the conference details.
